I just finished a little pink elephant from a pattern from Roxycraft - www.roxycraft.com/crochet_a...nimals.htm
I'm quite pleased with the directions. My own work needs a little, er, work, but the pattern itself was simple to follow and the critter is definitely cute even with my hack job. I'm pleased to help pimp the patterns. I think I'll be doing the hippo next.

Re: Amigurumi
03/13Using Lion Brand dishcloth cotton, a G hook, and close-but-not-quite-tight-enough stitches, it's about 5 inches tall sitting.
If you decide to get the patterns, I suggest also printing out a copy of the "tips and tricks" to go with it. Especially for the directions on how to stuff: "stuff the ever lovin' poo out of it"!
