  I like to join them by whipstitching two back loops together. This creates a nice little border line of the front loops when finished. Also it isn't as bulky as joining with a DC or SC or slip stitch or simply sewing through both loops

    Ah Miss thanks I've done that too, but what I'm looking for is something more visually stimulating, something that makes the squares farther apart, if you know what I mean, like a series of chain loops or something. Have you seen any patterns like that lately? I saw a pattern a long time ago but can't seem to re-find it, lol!
